1. About the service
VYUHA eSports is an independent community organizer of free Free Fire MAX tournaments. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire. Third-party names, logos and artwork belong to their owners.
2. Free participation
Entry to every tournament is free. We do not collect payments for registration. Anyone asking for money in our name is not acting for us. Please report them.
3. Registration
- You must provide accurate details and have the right to register the players you list.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee a place. A place is confirmed only when an admin approves the registration.
- We may reject or cancel a registration, including after approval, for rule violations, wrong details, duplicate entries or suspected abuse.
4. Conduct
You agree to follow the tournament rules, play fairly and treat others with respect. We may disqualify teams or ban players who cheat, abuse others or damage the event.
5. Tournament changes
We may change, postpone or cancel any tournament, including its schedule, map, format and slot count. We will publish changes on the website.
6. Eligibility and age
Players under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for following the game publisher’s own terms of service.
7. Intellectual property
The VYUHA name, emblem and website content belong to VYUHA eSports. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The website and tournaments are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, VYUHA eSports is not liable for game server problems, connectivity issues, account actions taken by the game publisher, or indirect losses.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
