Tournament Rules
These rules apply to every VYUHA eSports tournament. A tournament page may add its own rules, which apply on top of these.

1. Eligibility
- Players must have a Free Fire MAX account in their own name and play from a single account per tournament.
- Players under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to take part.
- Organizers, admins and their immediate teammates for that event cannot take part in the same tournament as players.
- Entry is free. No one is authorized to ask for money, gifts or account access for a slot.
2. Team composition
- Solo tournaments need 1 player. Duo needs 2. Squad needs 4.
- Every team has a captain. The captain is the contact person for all announcements and decisions.
- Each tournament page states how many substitutes are allowed. Substitutes must be registered in advance with their in-game name and UID.
- A player can only be in one registration for a tournament. A UID cannot appear twice in the same tournament.
3. UID and details accuracy
- You are responsible for entering every in-game name and UID correctly. UIDs are checked by admins against the lobby.
- Wrong or fake details can lead to rejection or disqualification. We cannot add a player to a lobby with an incorrect UID.
- Never share your password, OTP or login details with anyone. VYUHA will never ask for them.
4. Registration deadlines
Registration is open only between the opening and closing time shown on the tournament page. All times are in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless the page says otherwise. Late requests are not accepted, and the deadline is not extended for individual teams.
5. Slot allocation and approval
- Slots are limited and allocated in the order requests arrive, as long as the request is valid.
- A new request is pending and holds one slot while an admin reviews it. A pending request is not a confirmed place.
- Your place is confirmed only when the status becomes approved. Check it any time on the registration status page with your registration reference and captain mobile number.
- Rejected or cancelled requests release their slot. A team that wants to try again must register again, if slots are still available.
- When all slots are filled, registration closes automatically.
6. Fair play
- Play honestly and respect other players, admins and spectators. Abuse, hate speech and harassment are not tolerated.
- Teaming with other teams, intentional feeding, stream sniping, and sharing lobby details with outsiders are not allowed.
- Join the room on time with the registered account. Admins decide on delays and replacements.
7. Cheating and exploits
- Hacks, mods, third-party tools that give an advantage, emulator-only advantages where a tournament forbids them, bug and glitch abuse, and account sharing are prohibited.
- Teams must report discovered bugs to admins instead of using them.
- Admins may ask for recordings or screenshots when a complaint is raised.
8. Disqualification
Admins can remove a player or a whole team, before or during a tournament, for breaking these rules, giving false details, or harming the event. The decision is made by the admin team after reviewing the evidence available, and it is final for that tournament. Repeated or serious violations can lead to a ban from future VYUHA tournaments.
9. Schedule changes
Dates, times, maps and room details may change because of technical problems or admin availability. Changes are published on the tournament page and in announcements. Teams are responsible for checking updates before the start time.
10. Cancellation
VYUHA can cancel or postpone a tournament at any time, for example when too few teams register or when technical issues occur. If a tournament is cancelled, its registrations are closed and shown as cancelled.
11. Disputes and decisions
Raise any issue with the admins as soon as it happens, through the contact options on the contact page. Admin decisions on results, penalties and eligibility are final.
12. Independent organizer
VYUHA eSports is an independent community tournament organizer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Garena or Free Fire. By joining you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
