Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information VYUHA eSports collects when you register for a tournament, why, and how long we keep it.

Who we are
VYUHA eSports is an independent community tournament organizer for Free Fire MAX. For privacy questions, use the details on the contact page.
What we collect
- Registration details: captain full name, mobile number, in-game names and Free Fire MAX UIDs of the captain, players and substitutes, an optional team name, and your consent record.
- Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address when you submit a registration, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address for visitors.
- Verification: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person. Cloudflare processes technical signals for that check under its own privacy terms.
We never ask for your game password, OTP, bank details or payment information.
Why we use it
- To review and manage your tournament registration, contact the captain about the event, and run the tournament fairly.
- To stop duplicate registrations and abuse.
- To keep records of admin decisions for fairness and dispute handling.
Who can see it
Only authorized VYUHA admins can see registration details. Mobile numbers and UIDs are never shown on public pages. Other teams cannot see your information. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and security are provided by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
- Registrations for a tournament are anonymized or deleted 90 days after the tournament is completed or cancelled.
- Rejected or cancelled registrations are deleted 30 days after the decision.
- Anonymized, non-identifying counts may be kept for statistics.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your registration data, or ask what we hold about you, by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable time, and some records may be kept where needed to resolve a dispute.
Cookies
Visitors are not tracked with advertising or analytics cookies. Administrators receive a secure session cookie when they log in.
Children
Players under 18 should register only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Changes
